Overall: 4.75 out of 5, amazing hop aroma, soft round malt, great balance
Category: Winter IPA (pours like an East Coast IPA)
Appearance: Hazy deep gold, thin persistent white head
Aroma: Show case of American and Australian hops (Centennial, Chinook, El Dorado, Galaxy)
Mouthfeel: Starts off soft and well rounded, medium body, good carbonation on the finish
Flavors: Lots citrus and piney hop flavors, slight lemon flavor, yellow grapefruit, maybe some stone fruit. Slight malt flavor between dough and biscuit
Aftertaste: Bitterness in the aftertaste but doesn’t seem to overly linger
Food Pairing: This beer would go great with a zesty salad or white fish tacos that have lemon drizzled on them. I’m not doing this pairing justice, this is a fantastic beer!
