Overall: 4.65 out of 5, great hop aroma and flavor.
Category: Session IPA
Appearance: Bright, hazy orange, mildly persistent off-white head
Aroma: A mix of sweet malt and slight lemon/grapefruit hops
Mouthfeel: Medium to medium-light body, mild carbonic bite
Flavors: This is a great balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. If you pay attention, the sweet malt flavors jump off the palate with a solid foundation of bitterness.
Aftertaste: Soft round bitter aftertaste
Food Pairing: I think this is would go great with a nice citrusy salad. The light body of the beer probably wouldn’t hold up to any robust protein, so I would maybe look for a grilled shrimp salad.
