How do you summarize a complex topic like the Saison style of beer in 800 words? Focus on the wave tops and hope it peaks the reader’s curiosity to find out more on their own. . 🍺 This is my favorite style of beer because, there is so much variance within the style parameters that your palate will never get bored. . 🤷‍♂️ Maybe today I’m in the mood for something bone dry, or slightly tart, or I want funky Brett character, or maybe something malt forward, perhaps some bitterness; I’m at home and I want something stronger at 9.5% or I’m out to dinner and I have to drive home later, so 3.5% ABV looks appealing. It’s all possible with this one style.
